The penthouse apartment is set in a quiet residential complex, built by Taylor Woodrow in 2007, with spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea and landscaped gardens with a large sparkling swimming pool.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom and the second bedroom has two single beds and shower room. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge, English Freeview TV, CD/DVD player. The fully fitted Ariston kitchen is equipped with water purifier (drinking water on tap), dishwasher, oven, hob and extractor fan, fridge/freezer and microwave.  The utility room has washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron.  Beach chairs, umbrella and coolerbox for your picnic are also stored in the utility room.
