1.0 Car Parking

  • 1.1 Only use your allotted car space (number 15)and your space is only to be used for car parking.
  • 1.2 Park within the marked limits.
  • 1.3 Visitors' cars are to be parked outside the Complex.

2.0 Swimming Pools

  • 2.1 Please shower before using the pools
  • 2.2 Glass bottles, glasses etc are not to be taken to the pools
  • 2.3 Use of the pools after 10p.m. can create a noise nuisance for adjacent houses.please restrict such late evening use.
  • 2.4 Do not leave any rubbish by the poolside or in the pool.
  • 2.5 Do not leave airbed's or similar by the poolside or in the pool when not being used.

3.0 Garden Areas

  • 3.1 Do not tread on garden areas.
  • 3.2 Do not deposit rubbish on garden areas.

4.0 Refuse Disposal

  • 4.1 All refuse/rubbish is to be taken to the bins on the street.
  • 4.2 In the hot summer months, rubbish should only to be taken to the bins in the evening as the bins are emptied early each morning.

5.0 General

  • 5.1 Be aware of your neighbours and keep noise, especially at night, to a minimum.
  • 5.2 Owners must inform visitors, guests and tenants of the importance of these Community Rules. Owners remain liable at all times for any breaches
  • 5.3 Do not play ball games in communal areas, especially around the swimming pools.
  • 5.4 Do not hang washing or dry towels in areas visible to your neighbours or the general public i.e. do not hang from windows or drape over terrace walls.
